Hi! I can't compile the DPT driver I downloaded from DPT site. I talked with dpt people with no success (do they know what linux is ???). Anyway... When kernel compilation ends and the procedure begins the final linking stage, I get:
drivers/scsi/scsi.a(dpt_i2o.o): In function `dpt_add_timer': dpt_i2o.o(.text+0x10): undefined reference to `del_timer_R5811f067' dpt_i2o.o(.text+0x1b): undefined reference to `jiffies_R0da02d67' dpt_i2o.o(.text+0x2b): undefined reference to `add_timer_Rbea990b2' drivers/scsi/scsi.a(dpt_i2o.o): In function `dpt_abort': dpt_i2o.o(.text+0x7d): undefined reference to `printk_Rdd132261' dpt_i2o.o(.text+0xb1): undefined reference to `printk_Rdd132261' dpt_i2o.o(.text+0xf1): undefined reference to `printk_Rdd132261' drivers/scsi/scsi.a(dpt_i2o.o): In function `dpt_proc_info': dpt_i2o.o(.text+0x1c5): undefined reference to `sprintf_R3c2c5af5' dpt_i2o.o(.text+0x1e5): undefined reference to `sprintf_R3c2c5af5' [...]
How can I fix it ?
(kernel 2.2.14)
