I put keepalive=60 and removed periodic running of 'df -t smbfs' (earlier I did it after each some minutes).
Results: - no attempts to remove from runqueue task which is not there in about 1.5 days uptime (so it's likely that patch fixed of of my problems)
- this morning I found that connections to WinNT shares were still lost (see output of 'dmesg' in attachment)
