It doesn't help, but it looks like a false alarm. The other end is trying to do a ident on me, but I don't have it. I send back a ICMP port unreachable, but it doesn't seem to notice. When I do the manual telnet, it drops the delivery smtp connection; I guess it only allows one connection per host.
