No, that was never under consideration (I guess I just don't have the right mindset for this:) I'm looking at the ways in which the phase tree algorithm is superior to what they're doing. And actually, I'm not worried about NetApp, I'm worried about Sauron^H^H^H^H^H^H Bill.
