Right now, no. You should use vesafb or aty128fb if you are under PPC (ftp://devel.linuxppc.org/users/atong/aty128/) and then XF86_FBDev to have an X (http://www.0wned.org/~cain/ragefury.htm).
Standard X is on the work (http://www.XFree86.Org/FAQ/#NewATI).
