Nope. At work, we have RedHat 6.0 installed on a bunch of networked dual Pentium II 400MHz machines, using NFS. I upgraded the kernel on two of the machines to 2.2.10 about a month ago and NFS still works just fine. We're going to go to 2.2.12 on all machines soon.
