Well, it seems abandoned then :(
The correct FTP URL is ftp://ftp.uruk.org/pub/grub/
But hey, if it is no longer developed, it may mean that it is complete! :)
I use it, and other big projects such as Mach use it.
Just try it, this FTP URL should work now!
