Intel EtherExpress Pro/100 built into the motherboard.

Was the RealTek driver interfering with the IDE driver in the
aforementioned case ? I ask because I ended up removing a RealTek from a
friend's computer and that solved a randomly dropping network problem. He
had just IDE.
