By the way, 2.4 threatens to add new troubles.

After we relax kernel lock MOD_INC/DEC_USE_COUNT scheme becomes invalid.
Look, after it hits zero module can be unloaded before we return from it 8)8)
Probably, the weather is too oppressive, but I cannot invent
any sane workaround now but restoring kernel lock for modules 8)
