Your patch
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/andrea/kernel/2.2.9_andrea3.bz2
compiles only if SMP is enabled. So I tried SMP and startet the program (on my
single processor system), but, the system came to a halt after printing 375. I
had to switch it off.

Do you have other patches for this problem (I have seen three are more patches
of you @ftp.suse.com).

If you give me a hint where I can look for, I can do this.
