I received the same message when first connecting my cheap NE2000 ISA clone card to a Zyxel 128L IDSL router (in bridge mode). It went away after 15 minutes and haven't seen it since (18 days). I too would like to know what this means.
Ted, what were the circumstances when you got that message?
