Ahhh. The light dawns. nfsd-2.2.5-1.patch is bundled with
knfsd-1.2.2a.tar.gz. I was misled by the fact that the previous text talks
about getting the earlier patch from http://www.CSUA.Berkeley.EDU/~gam3/knfsd/
