It still hangs. I'm not sure whether it is the pipe problem.
But 4.5 1sucks in several ways, I'm going back to 4.08 soon.
(keywords: bookmark draging, iso-8859-4). The only thing it seems to fix
are random crashes seemingly caused by big tables.
