Works like a charm here on my system (SuperMicro P6DBE, 1.5 BIOS).
[before bios upgrade] Memory: 193120k/196608k available (876k kernel code, 420k reserved, 2192k data, 0k init)
[after upgrade, before patch] Memory: 64344k/66556k available (876k kernel code, 420k reserved, 916k data, 0k init)
[after patch] Sat Mar 27 01:32:35 1999 neko kernel: Memory: e820 reports 200866816 Sat Mar 27 01:32:35 1999 neko kernel: Memory: e801 reports 1048576 Sat Mar 27 01:32:35 1999 neko kernel: Memory: 88 reports 68156416 Sat Mar 27 01:32:35 1999 neko kernel: Memory: 192708k/196156k available (808k kernel code, 416k reserved, 2172k data, 52k init)
A little less memory than before (452K to be exact). If I boot with mem=196608k everything's fine (so the memory is really there).
