Thanks in advance

Have the device driver directly DMA into an sk_buff, if your card can
compute TCP/IP checksums then set skb->ip_summed to
CHECKSUM_UNNECESSARY, and you can just pass that into the networking.

Look at drivers/net/sunhme.c which does exactly this.
