tos is IP TOS. mtu is MTU.
HHRef and HHUptodate are pure debugging information and give useful information only to person, debugging the code. Shortly: HHRef is number of rt_cache entries sharing one nexthop record, HHUptodate==1 means that fast path for building MAC header is open on this route.
