2.2.3ac1: kill -15 -1 killed all but portmapd, klogd and system processes like init, kswapd, kpiod, rpciod etc).
2.2.3: kill -15 -1 and kill -9 -1 didn't kill anything it wasn't supposed to, only the processes of current user. So 2.2.3 seems to be OK at the first glance.
