How so? F00F bug only works on Pentium or have I got this /completely/ wrong ???

As far as I can see you are jumping > through hoops just to print the name right ? The DLink card is more expensive than a RealTek for some reason. If I paid over the odds for something, I'd want to know what it really is. As I mentioned on the list recently also, DLink refused to tell me what was different about the CT528 and a RTL8029, but they did suggest that they were not the same.
