Medium error: backup your data *NOW* and get a replacement drive. The
end is nigh.

Who cares? It's time to backup your data and replace the drive. That's
just happened to me, and I'm not turning on the drive again until I'm
ready to back it up or copy onto a replacement.

Yep, I'm annoyed. It's only 2.5 years old, and I don't need this crap
right now.
