i suspect the AMD SYSCALL/SYSLEAVE instructions were changed to be completely compatible with Intel's SYSENTER/SYSEXIT instructions? In that case the only thing to do is to initialize the STAR MSRs in the init_fastcall() function in my patch in the AMD case. The rest can be shared.
