Er... no. Sequence points only guarantee that statements like:
int i = 0; for(i++, i += 4; i < 100; i++) { /* do stuff */ }
Won't use i = 0 for both the i++ and i += 4.
Ordering isn't guaranteed by the comma operator. </Offtopic>
