this is intentional - the NMI watchdog (added in 2.3.20) generates these NMIs. We might in the future only count 'true' NMIs to not confuse people - right now this is a good debugging check to ensure that the NMI watchdog is really running. Check out Documentation/nmi_watchdog.txt for more info.
