It actually tells you: "Process cardmgr".

Anyway, the bug is not in the standard kernel sources: the failing entry
is "ds_poll()", which is probably part of the PCMCIA package (it doesn't
show up with a global grep of the kernel sources). I suspect you just
need to recompile the modules in question, because some of the poll
tables changed to accomodate a larger number of pollable fd's.
