Oh god, that's too good to pass up. :-) Be sure to attribute it correctly,
though; Vinod wrote it in his capacity as a Microsoft employee, and as
such, it's not an official Microsoft statement. Just need to play with the
attributions a bit to make it acceptable though. :-)
