    Ok, so I lied :). Init looks at both
    (getpid() ==1) || (strcmp(name, "init.new") == 0)

    Anyway. I do not think it is nessecary to discuss this any longer on
    the linux-kernel list; if you need more info on init please take it
    to private email.
