Linus has decided not to like parts of it, and the stuff needed to do the job
'properly' for the general case of all hotswapping/relocation etc is too
big to do for 2.2.

Its currently in the vger CVS tree Linux, and it will remain in the stuff Im
working on but probably not in the master kernel until after 2.2 and then
in a new improved generic reconfig/swap format as and when Linus finds someone
who can be bothered to do it.
