'fraid so:

$ uname -r
2.1.90
$ grep LANCE /usr/src/linux/.config
CONFIG_LANCE=y
$ dmesg | grep eth
eth0: PCnet/ISA 79C960 at 0x320, 00 00 1a 93 24 52, probed IRQ 5, DMA 5.

It works fine.

Not really, but off the top of my head, DMA6 seems strangely high and
IRQ3 would often clash with a serial port; still, you had it
working with 2.1.80 - oh well.
