An ip_masq input patch bug introduced in .130.
Discovered by Kai Bankett, correct patch attached.

Also in patch new ip_masq_mfw module, similar in functionality to "portfw"
plus:
- fwmark "tagging": all ipchains(8) idiom for selecting input forward
condition
- [same] load balancing
- pretty funny things (see attached ipmasqadm man page excerpt)

Dave, could you please include this patch?
