Wouldn't it be easyer to use HTTP/1.1 non-IP Virtual Hosts, as
described in http://www.apache.org/docs/host.html ? This method needs
just one IP address shared by all "sites", with many DNS host names
mapping to it. It then relies on the "Host" field in the Http request
to find out which site was requested. This method is supported by most
current browsers, including Netscape 2.0 and higher, and lynx 2.6.
