I just hit the same problem attepting to compile wine960705 with 2.0.2:

winsocket.c: In function `WSAAsyncSelect':
winsocket.c:1342: `__FDSET_INTS' undeclared (first use this function)

winsocket.c:1342: for each function it appears in.)
winsocket.c: In function `WSAStartup':
