SubjectRe: Does ufs really work?

I just tried to mount an ufs from FreeBSD, but there's something really
broken:

What's going on here? (btw, it was 2.0.5, same result with realier kernels)

Numerous fixes, enhancements, and improvements exist in the Sparc
port's kernel tree. Unfortunately the stability 2.0 series came too
quickly for us to merge our changes back in. You can do a kludge job
and acquire a Sparc kernel tree from:

vger.rutgers.edu:/pub/linux/Sparc/snapshots/*

and merge the ufs specific code from that tree into your Intel kernel
and go from there.
