I have a

eth0: DC21041 at e400 (PCI bus 0, device 10), h/w address 00:00:c0:c2:e7:c6,
and requires IRQ10 (provided by PCI BIOS).

and get those messages:

Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=0)
Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=208)
Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=208)
Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=224)
