/proc/sys/vm/bdflush is a mirror of the parameters used by bdflush;
they are documented in linux/fs/buffer.c and in "update -h".

kswapd and swapctl will probably change in the near future as they
stabilise, so don't rely on them. That's why they aren't documented
yet!
