: sansig -> bye and thanks!

: Probably : fdisk-3.04.tgz and e2fsprogs-1.01, though they are not directly
: related to the kernel.

Please do not advertise fdisk-3.04.tgz.
A hacker can make it do wonderful things, but as experience has
shown many users have difficulty figuring out how to use it.
Somebody (probably me) must write cfdisk-3.04.tgz first.
Anyway, as you say, it is not directly related to the kernel.

Something that *is* closely related to the kernel is kbd-0.91.tar.gz
found on ftp.funet.fi, near the kernel.

Maybe also mount-2.5X.tar.gz, found in ftp.win.tue.nl:/pub/linux/util.
Currently X=h, I think. Slackware has included very old versions for
a long time.

There is already an e2fsprogs-1.02.tar.gz.
