However, you will lost PnP. Here is the steps:
1. Go to CMOS. 2. Most MB under Chipset or PCI config. 3. Disable PnP - Select Manual. 4. Find out what slot does 2940 is plug in. 5. Goto that slot and choose the irq that you want. Normally 11. INT A LEVEL Trigger. * Very Important 2940 is a LEVEL trigger * 6. Save and exit.
This will fix the IRQ for your 2940.
