You do have a sendmail process running don't you ? You should have a
'Sendmail: accepting connections' process, if you do, reduce the queue
processing time (it's 15 mins here, and I haven't changed it). I have a
'sendmail -q' in my ip-up script, to make it start pushing mail out.
