Colten Edwards put at a patch to get memory information in getrusage().
[Is this patch correct? I don't see where we're incrementing memory each clock time (the nubers have to be tick weighted).
Also, the the GNU system, they advertise they can get rusage for parents, child and arbitrary processes...its useful to do it for arbitrary processes (actually, statistics can be kept in the /proc array).
In linux, we can deal with parents, children or (by default) parents + children. Shouldn't the default be EINVAL? (normally, if you want parents + children you have to hadd them up yourself)
I really would like time -v to work right. We should (are we?) tracking all the fields in rusage (i.e. io operations, socket operatins, etc).
