Others have told me that they too send new ID #'s to the above for
otherwise unknown ethernet devices, over six months ago, and got no
reply or inclusion in pci.h

If this address is now equivalent to MrDevNull@nowhere.org then we
should pull it from the printk() as it just makes us look like
a bunch of arrogant snobs who ignore e-mail.
