This means that the internal data structures of the memory management
subsystem (an AVL tree, in this case) have become inconsistent.

Most probably a sign for

- bad RAM
or
- some part of the kernel writing to memory adrresses where it shouldn't.

Can you reproduce the problem? Does it persist if you add more wait states
to the BIOS settings of your hardware?
