Yeah, I am not sure what's going on with that address.
At any rate, I tested some other configurations using only 5.4 now
If I use the updated device tree below, things seem to work alright! It boots, it's stable, I can devmem stuff into that region etc. Still have to test out if the DMA device writes will succeed.
